COMMUNITY CATALYST GRANTS

OVERVIEW

The CSCF Community Catalyst Grants are a new 2025 initiative to empower nonprofits addressing critical community needs in Northwest Oklahoma. This grant cycle focuses on fostering innovative solutions in affordable housing, childcare, mental health, physician recruitment, and workforce development. By supporting organizations dedicated to these strategic priorities, we aim to create lasting, positive changes in our community. Grants will be awarded up to $25,000.

 

PURPOSE

The purpose of the Community Catalyst Grants is to invest in nonprofit organizations that are making a significant impact in areas vital to the well-being and prosperity of Northwest Oklahoma. These grants seek to:

  • Enhance access to affordable housing.

  • Improve the availability and quality of childcare services.

  • Support mental health initiatives.

  • Facilitate physician recruitment to underserved areas.

  • Advance workforce development programs.

 

FOCUS

This grant cycle is dedicated to projects and programs that:

  • Demonstrate innovative approaches to addressing the specified strategic priorities.

  • Show measurable outcomes and potential for long-term impact.

  • Foster collaboration among community stakeholders.

  • Address systemic challenges within the focus areas.

 

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS AND PROCESS

  1. Online Application: Eligible organizations must apply using the CSCF Grant Lifecycle Management (GLM) system. First-time users are encouraged to review the GLM Applicant Tutorial for guidance.

  2. Proposal Submission: Applications must include:

    • A detailed project description outlining objectives, strategies, and expected outcomes.

    • A budget breakdown specifying how grant funds will be utilized.

    • Evidence of organizational capacity to execute the proposed project.

    • Metrics for evaluating project success and community impact.

  3. Review Process: Submitted proposals will undergo a thorough evaluation by the Foundation's grant committee, assessing alignment with strategic priorities, innovation, feasibility, and potential impact.

 

APPLICATION DEADLINE  April 25th, 2025

To be eligible for the Community Catalyst Grant, organizations must:

  • Be a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit or have a fiscal sponsor with such status.

  • Benefit residents within Northwest Oklahoma.

  • Align with the grant’s strategic focus areas.
